HTC a smartphone manufacturer company, now-a-days focusing to launch multiple range of smartphones to attract more and more customers. HTC Desire 816 an above mid-range phablet and a 4 inches Desire 210, a low end device, have been released in some parts of the world but still to be launched in Pakistan.
HTC Desire 816 is a mid-range phone because it is offering a lot. The phablet comes with a large 5.5-inch 720p display, a 1.6GHz quad-core, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (capacity may vary), microSD expansion of up to a massive 128GB and a fixed 2,600mAh battery.
The newly released iPhone 6 PLUS is also a 5.5 inch phablet. With Samsung Galaxy Note 4 having 5.7 inches, it is really tough for all competitors to win in the race of smartphones w.r.t technology, features, style and usability.
Now coming towards HTC Desire 210 from screen resolution to camera they have kept everything below parity. They have packed the processing speed of 512 RAM with a dual core processor. There is no Multitasking in this handset.
If QMobile or Voice (the local cellular companies of Pakistan) would have to launch this set, it would have been priced no more than Rs. 10,000 but deeming the pride that HTC has earned and company’s persistency of keeping the high rates, we expect a Rs. 15,000 price for this device.
Both HTC smartphones will be released in the first week of October, 2014 in Pakistan
