Pakistan World Record is broken by An Indian Girl

Pakistan World Record is broken by Indian Girl " Vishalini " and it is also a Guinness Record. Her father is an ordinary electrical resource and she doesn't belong to some well off family, but on the age of 11 she has completed the following:

MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional)
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
CCNA Security(Cisco Certified Network Associate Security)
OCJP (Oracle Certified Java Professional)

Vishalini is by birth exceptional in solving problems. Her IQ levels were tested to be around 225, higher than that of the Guinness record holder, Kim Ung-Yong who had an IQ of 210.The earlier record was made by a Pakistani girl who was 12 years old. She completed CCNA certification with 90% marks.
However, Arfa Karim Randhawa (Late), a Pakistani computer student; completed MCP at the age of 9 and is the youngest one to do it.
