Healthy Life - Tips

Drink Water. - Gives energy, Makes skin look and feel great.
Recommendation: Drink 8 cups of water a day for healthy life.

Follow the Food Pyramid.
Recommendation: Get 6 or more servings of bread and cereals, 2-5 servings of fruits and veggies, 2 servings of dairy and meat. Make sure you get all the necessary vitamins in this diet. Fats, Oils and Sweets can be taken occasionally.

Get Enough Sleep. - At least 8 hours of sleep.
Effect: Unable to function mentally and physically throughout the day.

Hair Care. -  Hair Tyoe: Oily - Wash it daily.
      Hair Type: Dry - Wash it every other day, it will prevent dandruff.
      Hair Type: Frizzy - Wash it with dry shampoo. Bush your hair at least twice a day.

Wear Clean Clothes. - It will make an individual fresh and you don't smell all the day.

Be Clean. - Shower at least once a day, Wash face twice a day for clean skin.

Teeth. -  Brush your teeth twice a day, floss, and use mouthwash.

Read. - Read at least once a day. It will keep your mind healthy and moving.
