5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake - Microwave Receipe

Serves: 1

Ingredients:4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons butter flavour infused rice bran oil, or butter
4 teaspoon vanilla essence or peppermint (Optional)
1 tablespoon choc chips (Optional)
1 large mug / Baking cup

Preparation Time: 10min 
Cooking Time: 3min 
Ready in: 13min 

Receipe:1.Add dry ingredients to the mug and mix well. (flour,sugar,cocoa)
2.Crack an egg and add it to your mug or the equipment in which you want the cake to be baked. Be sure to mix it well to avoid any pockets of flour in the corners. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. The more you mix it the more stuffy it would be.
3.Add the vanilla essence.
4.Pop your mug into the microwave & zap for 3 minutes on maximum power (1000 watt). Wait until the cake stops rising, and sets in the mug.
5.If necessary, run a knife around the sides of the mug, and tip the still warm cake out of the mug and onto a saucer.
