Wasim Akram, a famous cricket player married with Shaniera in August 2013. They have settled in Karachi after their marriage where they live with the former fast bowlers sons from his first marriage.

They are expecting their first child soon and are very happy and delighted to have this news. "I am thrilled to announce that Shaniera and I are expecting our first child together. Thank you for your wishes & prayers," tweeted Akram.
His first wife "Huma" died after multiple organ failure in 2009. He married with her in 1995. The couple had 2 sons.
